USIM Grading Note
USIM grades on a 4.00 scale with A- 3.75, B+ 3.50, B- 2.75, C+ 2.50 and C- 1.75, and no D+ or E. D (40-44) is the minimum pass and F (0-39) is a fail. Medicine and Dentistry use their own tables.

When you repeat a failed course, the original F stays in your PNGK alongside the new grade, so enter both. If you improve a passed grade (C- or D, or C in Engineering and Built Environment), only the best grade counts.
