GPACalc is built and maintained by Yida, an independent developer. Product updates, bug fixes, and school data additions are handled through the public GitHub repository.
Is GPACalc free to use?
Yes. GPACalc is completely free with no sign-up required. The tool is supported by non-intrusive advertising to cover hosting costs.
How many schools does GPACalc support?
GPACalc currently supports 33 schools across Singapore, Malaysia, India, and the United States, including all 6 Singapore autonomous universities, all 5 polytechnics, and 20 Malaysian public universities.
Can I request a new school or grading scale?
Yes. Submit a request through GitHub Issues or contact via X (@yidabuilds). Include the school name, grading scale, and a link to the official grading policy if possible.
Does GPACalc store my grades or personal data?
No. All calculations happen in your browser. GPACalc does not store, transmit, or log any grade inputs. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
